Holben Valley Farm is a 250-acre farm nestled upon the rolling hills of Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.

We are 5th generation cattle farmers and have been raising grass fed beef for nearly 30 years. As ranchers, we take great pride in caring for our livestock every single day and we believe in providing them with a healthy, robust and sustainable life. Through our knowledge and care of animals, we strive to produce the highest quality in beef possible. This is turn produces a remarkable product that we provide to our customers rich in marbling and promotes both health and value into their lifestyle.

We understand the health benefits to raising our cattle on a strict grass-fed diet. We take initiative every day to learn new sustainable practices while many corporate farms use growth hormones and anti-biotics in an open herd while feeding they’re cattle corn and soy which is a cheap way to fatten their cattle and maximize profits. We understand that these practices do not promote a healthy sustainable way of life for consumers and to farm in this manner is not essential. Our goal is to educate and promote a healthy lifestyle in eating beef that sustains nutrition and compliments proper dietary supplements in strong growth.
