Holben Valley Farm is a 250-acre farm nestled upon the rolling hills of Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.

We are 5th generation cattle farmers and have been raising grass fed beef for nearly 30 years. As ranchers, we take great pride in caring for our livestock every single day and we believe in providing them with a healthy, robust and sustainable life. Through our knowledge and care of animals, we strive to produce the highest quality in beef possible. This is turn produces a remarkable product that we provide to our customers rich in marbling and promotes both health and value into their lifestyle.

We understand the health benefits to raising our cattle on a strict grass-fed diet. We take initiative every day to learn new sustainable practices while many corporate farms use growth hormones and anti-biotics in an open herd while feeding they’re cattle corn which is a cheap way to fatten their product and maximize profits. We have always understood that this was not the way we wanted to farm and that it was essential for us to promote our beef in a way that promoted a healthy life and its sustainability in nutrients.
